DRSI Call Center, Pioneer Contact Center in Puerto Rico, is searching for candidates for immediate employment as Customer Service or Sales Representative. We offer a Full Time and Part-Time positions.  As a Customer Care Representative you will have to attend phone calls from customers for orientation, provide effective and timely resolution to a range of customer inquiries, strike a positive and cooperative tone with both customers and co-workers, increase the customer experience by providing information on new products and services, resolve issues or claims with their service or help with any other inquiries as necessary.  Paid Training.
