Miriel Bermúdez, Account Manager, has been with DRSI since 2007, when she started supervising sales and customer service campaigns. She was then promoted to Account Manager, which entails directing and coordinating multiple campaigns, ensuring each one’s individual metrics are met. Her objective is focused on the needs and goals of our contracting clients, obtaining a healthy return on investment for them, as well as service levels above those required.
