Mitchelle Cintrón joined Latin Media House Group in 2017. She has over 20 years human resources experience with a specialization in managing employee relations, and compliance issues. Workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development, benefits, payroll are her day to day.

Mrs. Cintrón had been working with call centers for the past 14 years, between Puerto Rico and Florida and had been a key member for the development of the companies she had been part of.

She has a B.S. degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico and is payroll certified for ADP and other platforms.
