Operations Manager

William P. López joined DRSI Call Center in 2009. Since then he have worked as a Project Supervisor, HR Specialist and Operations Manager were He have overseen staffing, employee engagement, project management and supervision, new hire training, performance management and employee development, among others. As an Operations Manager for the call center, he have to develop strategic solutions to make sure are projects run smoothly and meet the operational needs of our clients, so we can both reach our goals. William was graduated from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
